One of our core strengths is managing kitchen and bathroom replacement schemes. Working to pre-agreed schedules, our teams of 2–3 operatives carry out full rip-outs and installations within tight timescales, often completing kitchens within a week. While one project is being finalised, we are already planning and preparing for the next, ensuring smooth handovers and continuous delivery. At peak capacity, we have managed up to five teams working simultaneously across multiple schemes, consistently meeting deadlines without compromising on quality.
In addition to internal refurbishments, we are also highly experienced in roofing replacement schemes, large-scale car park resurfacing, and communal area refurbishments. This includes works such as new flooring, redecoration, and other improvements that enhance shared living and working environments. By working closely with block management companies, housing providers, and local authorities, we ensure projects are completed efficiently, with minimal disruption to residents and stakeholders.
